Microencapsulation

Microencapsulation technology is an advanced technique that wraps solid, liquid, or gaseous active substances (core materials) within micron-sized protective polymer wall materials through a specialized process. Jingxin Group has been deeply engaged in microencapsulation technology for over two decades, specifically designing it to enhance the comprehensive performance of vitamin products. We have introduced and integrated internationally leading dedicated production lines and precision control systems to ensure high uniformity in the microencapsulation process and large-scale production capability, enabling customized encapsulation designs tailored to the characteristics of different vitamins, thereby achieving an optimal balance between encapsulation efficiency, loading capacity, and product stability. Specifically for Vitamin D₃ (water-dispersible type) and 25-Hydroxyvitamin D₃ (water-dispersible type), through our special encapsulation process, they can be uniformly dispersed in water without any precipitation. This not only ensures product stability but also uniquely solves the industry pain point that fat-soluble vitamins cannot be added through drinking water. This fundamentally changes the traditional application method of fat-soluble vitamins, allowing them to be administered not only through traditional feed mixing but also through a more convenient and efficient drinking water system for precise dosing. This unique advantage provides customers with great flexibility in use, fundamentally improving animal production efficiency and management levels.

R&D innovation

The Group takes technological innovation as its core, with three R&D centers in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Xinchang, and has established collaborative R&D laboratories in countries such as the United States, South Korea, and Israel. It has nearly 1,000 R&D and technical personnel, including over 230 master's and doctoral degree holders, with an annual R&D investment accounting for approximately 10% of sales revenue.As of the end of 2024, the Group has obtained over 250 patents globally, including 180 invention patents, demonstrating strong independent R&D capabilities and production capacity.

The company has made bold innovations in the production process of its 25-Hydroxyvitamin D₃ product, abandoning the semi-fermentation, semi-synthesis process used by the original research enterprise as well as the traditional total synthesis technology adopted by similar companies. Instead, it employs a brand-new synthetic biology chemical preparation process, which significantly improves production efficiency while reducing environmental pollution. This process has been granted two invention patents. It complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture standard NY/T4688, and the product quality meets the standards of China, the United States, and Europe.
