Special Lecture on Safety Education and On-site Drill

On June 23, our company, in collaboration with Shaoxing Yuanxing Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., organized a special safety education lecture and on-site drill for all employees. Through the instructors' vivid presentations and case study videos, employees gained a deeper understanding of potential safety accident risks in their daily work. We jointly analyzed the root causes of safety incidents in detail, sounding the alarm and taking them as serious warnings.
To strengthen work safety management, the company must first firmly establish the principle of "Safety First, Prevention First"—this is the core policy for work safety and a summary of long-term experience in safe production. General Secretary Xi Jinping has also issued important instructions: development must never come at the cost of human life. Furthermore, the state has mandated three-level safety education and required minimum training hours, which effectively enhance employees' safety awareness and expand their knowledge of safety protocols.
Work safety is an eternal theme for enterprises. It bears on the stability of the company and the life safety of every staff member, and this mission remains arduous and long-term. Only by maintaining relentless efforts in safety work, eliminating hidden dangers and adhering to a prevention-oriented approach can we sustain a sound and stable situation in work safety over the long term.
