On June 2, 2019, the company held this team-building activity, aiming to promote communication among employees, enhance their sense of teamwork, and further advance the overall construction and development of corporate culture.
Everyone gathered at the company at 8:00 a.m. and departed on time, arriving at Zhuangshan Village, Ruao Town at 9:00 a.m. During the hike, everyone helped each other to “venture through the Dragon Pool together”. After reaching the destination, the group made dumplings for lunch in a very harmonious atmosphere.
To help new and existing employees get better acquainted with the company and understand its corporate culture, the company organized a series of team games, including tug-of-war, balloon passing, water relay, grabbing bottled water, and dressing relay.
After the games, a quiz with prizes about corporate culture was held. The Pragmatism Team won first place, followed by the Innovation Team in second, the Inclusiveness Team in third, and the Win-Win Team in fourth.
In this harmonious atmosphere, communication, exchange and cooperation between departments and colleagues were strengthened, emotional bonds among employees were further enhanced, and their spare-time life was enriched. The activity allowed everyone to fully relax amid intense work, deepened mutual communication, reinforced corporate culture construction, and boosted team cohesion.
