Training on Corporate Culture Practice & Employee Empowerment of the Group Company: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

From September 22 to September 23, to effectively promote the practical implementation of the group's corporate culture and empower employees, the company held an action learning workshop on the principles of corporate culture practice and organized this training session entitled The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This corporate culture training mainly aims to change personal destiny by transforming personal habits and shaping individual character, ultimately advancing from personal success to team success in an interlocking and in-depth way.

Habit 1: Be Proactive"Being proactive" means not only taking initiative but also taking responsibility for oneself. Personal behavior is determined by oneself, not by external circumstances.

Habit 2: Begin with the End in MindThe logic of beginning with the end in mind is clear, yet one point is often overlooked: the root of thinking, which is one’s ultimate life vision. Long-term confusion leads to loss, and many people unconsciously adopt others’ values as their own while wandering aimlessly.

Habit 3: Put First Things FirstFirst, clarify the roles one plays in life, society and work. Then list the tasks to be completed for each role within a month and form a monthly plan. Among these tasks, distinguish the "important but not urgent" matters that deserve our primary focus and most time and effort based on urgency and importance, and then arrange and implement work in the order of "important and urgent", "unimportant but urgent", and "unimportant and not urgent".

Habit 4: Think Win-WinThinking win-win encourages us to solve problems and help individuals find mutually beneficial solutions. It is a form of sharing resources such as information, strength, recognition and rewards.

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be UnderstoodWe should cultivate the habit of empathetic and perspective-taking communication. To be understood by others, we must first understand them. Everyone wants to be understood and is eager to express themselves, yet often neglects to listen. As we all know, effective listening not only helps obtain extensive and accurate information but also fosters emotional bonds between both parties. When we achieve self-control, inner peace, resistance to external distractions and openness to diverse opinions, our interpersonal relationships will reach a higher level.

Habit 6: SynergizeTherefore, we should respect differences and draw on each other’s strengths to achieve synergy.

Habit 7: Sharpen the SawWe should know how to improve ourselves. Life and work depend on our own efforts, so we are our most valuable asset. Work alone cannot bring economic security; only sound thinking, learning, creativity and adaptability can keep us invincible. The ability to create wealth is true wealth.

Through this training, we have learned that the seven habits form an integrated and complementary system. They cover not only personal efforts to set goals, practice self-discipline and shift from dependence to independence to achieve "private victory", but also the promotion of team communication and cooperation through win-win approaches, empathetic dialogue and collective wisdom. Sharpen the Saw further encompasses the first six habits, urging us to improve ourselves physically and mentally. The habit that inspired employees the most was "Put First Things First". With a proactive attitude, a vision guided by the end in mind, the discipline to prioritize, interdependent win-win thinking, understanding communication, synergistic cooperation and continuous self-renewal, everyone can reach the shore of success.
